Spacious studio apartment in the Old Town Residence investment. It is located in the very center, about 5 minutes walk to the market, while the secluded street of Wszystkich Świętych provides peace and quiet.
The apartment has large windows with a view of the surroundings, brightening the entire interior. In the living area, there is a sofa bed, a TV with SMART TV (popular apps such as Netflix/HBO available). The kitchenette has necessary accessories such as an electric stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and Nespresso coffee machine.
In the bedroom area, we provided a large comfortable double bed. The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, washing machine, storage shelves, and a set of towels prepared for each guest. An ironing board, iron, and clothes dryer are also available.
A great advantage is the balcony where you can drink morning coffee with a view of the city.
The building is located in the very center of Wrocław. In the area, there are public transport stops, and you can reach the Market Square in 5 minutes where you can find numerous restaurants, cafes, tourist attractions, and more.
We accept small dogs up to 10 kg, a fee of PLN 100 regardless of the length of stay.
