each client is obliged to pay a deposit of 500 PLN at the time of check-in in case of possible damages and non-observance of the regulations, the deposit is paid by the credit/debit card and released on the day of departure.

Regulations of PRZELEWY24 payment services
The operator of apartmenty-wroc is the company Apartamenty-Wroc Sp. z o.o. with its seat in Wroclaw, Kurkowa Street 6, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 8982263164, Business Identification Number (REGON) 388036394, KRS0000880626.
apartmenty-wroc accepts payments for reservations via the Przelewy24 system, the payment operator is PayPro S.A. After making a reservation (non-refundable or refundable in the reservation system, by phone, etc.), you will receive to the email address used to make the reservation a personalized link with instructions on how to pay for the reservation by credit card, bank or wire transfer on the payment site secured by SSL protocol.
Data concerning transactions: type, credit card number, expiration dates, CVV number are entered on the secure page encrypted with SSL protocol. Apartmenty-wroc does not store and process credit card numbers but only information about the card type and last 4 digits of its number.
Complaints related to electronic payment and operation of the website should be addressed: in writing to the address of apartmenty-wroc or in the electronic form via e-mail to the address: info@apartamenty-wroc.pl. It is recommended to provide in the description of the complaint: information and circumstances of the subject matter of the complaint, in particular type and date of occurrence of the defect or irregularity, amount of the claim and contact details of the complainant - this will facilitate and accelerate the consideration of the complaint by apartmenty-wroc. In case of non-refundable reservation, the Guest is charged in accordance with the reservation conditions - for the entire reservation. In case of cancellation or changes in the reservation or no-show of the guest the charge is not refunded.
