The apartment is located on the side wall of the Kurkowa 14 building, on one side with windows to the courtyard and on the other side to the alley, which means that at night no sounds of a big city can be heard from the outside, and in addition, the balcony offers a beautiful view of the green alley and the river.
The Kurkowa 14 building has received many awards for its design, and the immediate vicinity of the Odra River makes us feel a bit like in nature and not in the city :)
The apartment is well connected with other parts of the city. It takes about 12-15 minutes to walk to the market square. All attractions in the center can be reached on foot and when you decide to visit the ZOO or to the Sky Tower observation deck, you can use public transport, the stops of which are located in the vicinity of the building.
We accept small dogs up to 10 kg, a fee of PLN 100 regardless of the length of stay.
Children of all ages are treated as adults and must be added to the reservation as another guests.
