Designer studio apartment in a new development at ul. Księcia Witolda in a building commissioned for use in June 2022.
The apartment is fully equipped. We have provided a large comfortable double bed, a TV with SMART TV functionality (available applications such as Netflix, Player, HBO), free WiFi, a kitchenette equipped with all cooking utensils, an electric stove, an oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator.
The bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, a washing machine, and a set of towels prepared for each guest. Additionally, there is a designer mirror above the sink against a backdrop of stone walls.
The apartment is located in the city center. The market square can be reached in about 8 minutes on foot. In the area, restaurants such as OKWineBar, La Maddalena, Odra'Zuu, Marina, or McDonald's.
The property is new, and due to finishing work, noise may be possible.
We accept small dogs up to 10 kg, a fee of PLN 100 regardless of the length of stay.
Children of all ages are treated as adults and must be added to the reservation as another guests.
